Minnehaha Academy has an immediate opening for a preschool aide for the school year.
The salary range for this role is $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and education.
Description- This position is Monday‑Friday, school days and professional development days only.
- This is an hourly position. The hours are approximately 8:00‑4:30 with 8 hours of paid time and an unpaid 30‑minute lunch break and a 15‑minute paid break.
- The hourly wage will be determined by our Human Resource Director based on education and experience.
- There are no benefits available with this position.
- To provide support to the Preschool teachers in implementing the daily learning plans and schedules.
- To assist Preschool students in their developmental growth following the direction of the Preschool Teacher.
- To provide supervision of the Preschool students in a calm and caring manner.
- Assist in delivery of instruction and support the physical, cognitive, social and emotional well‑being of the children.
- Assist in day‑to‑day classroom operations.
- Supervise children throughout the day, including before school care, lunch, recess, and rest times for preschool students.
