We seek colleagues with a record of success in teaching Theology courses, expertise in culturally responsive pedagogy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The teaching load includes six courses per year: three courses in the Fall 2026 semester and three courses in the Spring 2027 semester, starting September 1, 2026.

Faculty will teach the following cohorts in Fall 2026:

  • Cohort 12 – Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00 am–11:00 am

The successful candidate will teach three sections in Spring 2027 (dates and times similar to the fall semester). This is a 12‑month adjunct non‑tenure track, renewable position. Compensation ranges from $36,000 to $36,900 per year (depending on education and experience) plus health benefits. The candidate will also teach online courses during January and summer, with additional compensation for those courses.

  • Background in critical and/or culturally responsive pedagogies; self‑reflection about cultural experiences and privilege.
