Position: Early Childhood Teacher/Parent Educator- Summer Only

Position

Wayzata Early Learning School is looking for a Early Childhood Teacher or Parent Educator for the 2026 summer ECFE program.

Schedule and Compensation

Mondays, July 6-27; time: 8:00 am–10:30 am. Compensation: $35.65–$53.41 per hour, dependent upon level of education.

Responsibilities

Works with children and more directly with parents delivering parent education information and facilitating group discussions.

Qualifications
  • A valid MN License in Parent Education issued by the Minnesota Department of Education.
  • Excellent knowledge of child development, group communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn.
