Compensation for in‑person and hybrid courses is determined by academic credential: $850 per credit hour for instructors with a master’s degree and $1,000 per credit hour for instructors with a doctorate. Online undergraduate and graduate courses are compensated on a prorated scale based on enrollment.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field such as Education‑Mathematics (required)
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Preferred:
  Previous college‑level teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of statistics and general mathematics concepts across multiple levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member
• Committed to biblical integration in and out of the classroom
• Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations
• Demonstrated use of effective pedagogical practices with an ongoing willingness to grow and develop professionally
• Ability to incorporate technology and online resources into teaching

• Regular use of a personal computer (PC), learning management system (LMS), telephone, and email

• Exposure to repetitive motion of the fingers, hands, and wrists on a daily basis
• Position is located in an urban, Christ-centered environment
• Work is performed in classroom and/or virtual learning settings, with a variable schedule based on course offerings
