Reading Tutor: Teacher-in-Training & Master’s Path

Ampact is seeking a Teacher in Training to help students improve their reading skills at local schools while pursuing a master’s degree in education through the University of Minnesota. Responsibilities include leading tutoring sessions, tracking student progress, and conducting assessments. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a bachelor’s degree and enrolled in the Grow Your Own Teacher Program.

The position runs from August 2026 to June 2027 and requires strong English proficiency. Full-time Ameri Corps members receive a stipend.
