Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 31, 2026 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process. Minnesota Teacher License:
Special Education (9-12) We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify Benefit Package:

Compensation & Paid Leave Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023 and MA: $64,910; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE) Performance Awards available Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal days of leave given yearly Health Insurance Medical premiums are covered by the district up to $756 for individual plans and up to $1,315 per month toward family plans.

Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
