More than 8,500 diverse student learners are provided an exceptional education experience throughout the district's early learning center, six elementary schools (K
- Grade
5) including both French and Spanish Immersion programs, two middle schools (Grades 6-8), a high school (9-12), and the Edina Virtual Pathway online program.
This position qualifies for the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program! The Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program is a new state program that provides compensation support to eligible child care centers specifically to recruit and retain child care employees who regularly care for children. Funds for this program are distributed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Position Summary:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision and core values, the Kids' Club Site Lead is responsible for assisting program specialists in the supervision of Kids' Club Leads and to ensure the safe operation of the site.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience is required. The following certifications and training are required upon hire or within six months of employment: CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), DHS Certification.

Salary Range:
The wage for this position ranges from $20.76 to $25.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
