The Achievers Internship is a strategy for identifying young leaders and partnering to develop their skills in the interest of cultivating a well-equipped workforce.
Interns engage primarily with their cohort peers during the initial phases of the program and will receive placement in a work experience where they can develop transferable skills.
- Must be minimum 18 & maximum 24 years of age.
- Ability to comply with all rules, guidelines, and professional conduct set forth by supervisor and by the YMCA.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to fulfill scheduled hours to accomplish assigned duties and tasks.
- Willingness to learn and ask questions to enhance the development process.
