New Horizon Academy in Minnesota is looking for a FLOAT TEACHER to join our early childhood team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a signing bonus eligibility, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. You will support classrooms, engage children, and help lead activities across age groups.
Ideal candidates have at least 16 qualifying credits or a CDA and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator. Prior childcare experience is preferred but not required, and EOE.
