Post-Doctoral Associate - Department of Neuroscience

About the Job

This position is designed for an individual with a PhD in Neuroscience and experience in investigating the function of renal afferent nerves in interception.

Major responsibilities and approximate distribution of effort.

* Rodent surgeries specific to kidney, 10%

* Confocal microscopy, 10%

* Image analysis, 30%

* Analysis of scRNAseq data analysis, 30%

* manuscript preparation, 20%

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* PhD in Neuroscience

* Experience in manipulations of mouse renal nerves

* Experience in RNAseq analysis

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience
