JOB – Elementary Spanish Immersion Teacher –Full-time position beginning 8/24/2026.
Location: Bridgewater
Scheduled Days/
Hours:
Monday-Friday from 7:35 a.m. to 3:35 p.m.
Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English. MN Teaching License – Elementary Education
Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA-$57,461 – MA40-$95,320

Responsibilities: Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in Spanish for all core subject areas. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports language acquisition and academic growth. Foster bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural understanding through daily instruction. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, linguistic, and social‑emotional needs of students. Assess student learning using formal and informal assessments, and use data to guide instruction.
