** you will elevate Target’s beloved experience to the digital shopping experience that achieves aggressive business growth goals. Your scope will include top enterprise priorities, including Homepage, Seasonal Hubs, Gifting destinations, and loyalty.

You will lead the development of guest engagement strategies that optimize digital performance, improve conversion, and deliver seamless, joyful shopping experiences. You will lead a team of Digital Marketers, leveraging your strong leadership skills to manage a portfolio of top of funnel experiences & initiatives. You are consumer obsessed and will work cross functionally to drive integrated digital engagement strategies, while always evolving for the future.

This role requires a strategic digital marketing mindset, reporting & analytical skills complimented by creativity and an eye for trend, strategic activation, team and enterprise leadership. You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Digital at Target, leading with vision and grit through a high degree of change and ambiguity.
