Minneapolis Public Schools seeks a Special Education Assistant (1x1) for the Transition Plus program to support students with disabilities and assist staff in developing and implementing individualized lessons and activities that help students meet therapy and education goals.
Under supervision, you will work with students in various settings, help maintain a safe environment, and support daily living activities as needed. Strong collaboration with staff and adherence to IEPs are essential.
