The Spanish Enrichment Teacher is a contract, on-site role based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Spanish language enrichment lessons to young children in a classroom setting. Day-to-day tasks include creating age-appropriate activities, incorporating songs, games, and stories in Spanish, and encouraging children to explore new vocabulary and basic conversational skills. The teacher collaborates with center staff to align enrichment lessons with the overall curriculum and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.

Additional responsibilities include communicating with site leadership about scheduling, providing feedback on student progress, and preparing materials and resources needed for each session.

• Strong Spanish language proficiency, with the ability to model correct pronunciation and introduce basic vocabulary and phrases to young learners.
• Experience working with children in early childhood, preschool, or elementary settings, with skill in classroom management and child-centered instruction.
• Ability to design creative, age-appropriate enrichment activities that make learning Spanish fun, interactive, and culturally enriching.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with center directors, classroom teachers, and families.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Understanding and support of Christ-centered educational values and willingness to integrate them respectfully into enrichment experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in Education, Early Childhood, Spanish, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area according to the agreed contract schedule, and meet any required background checks or licensing standards.
