This assignment offers invaluable experience teaching in diverse school settings middle school and possibly elementary (K-8) with both pull-out and inclusion service responsibilities. Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 Special Education teaching license
  • Experience with K-8 populations (middle school focus, some elementary possible)
  • Willingness to provide both inclusion and pull-out instruction
  • Open to full-time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm) or part-time arrangements
  • Passion for supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small-group special education services
  • Collaborate with general education staff to optimize inclusion
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals
  • Foster supportive learning environments for students with unique challenges
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with stakeholders
