Every HCP-N teacher is on a team that is motivated, mission-driven teammates who are committed to taking responsibility for their students' learning. Hiawatha teachers are charged with providing a rigorous, fast-paced, and inspiring learning environment for their students. In addition to leading courses in their content area, HCPN teachers will also lead Crew: adults committed to supporting a small group of students as they work to develop their academic and social-emotional selves.
Crew teachers will be critical in the HCPN model of student support and will help monitor students' academic success. The assignment is expected to run from August 2026-November 2026.
