Hours:
6.2 hours per day 5 Days a week 180 days per year Required
Education:
High School Diploma Preferred:
Two years post secondary education
* Passing score on the Para Pro Test is equivalent
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working with high school students in an educational setting Experience with Google Docs, Forms, and Spreadsheets High School student relationship building, conflict resolution, and restorative practice skills in a diverse setting Responsibilities:
Check and connect with students on an ongoing basis. Provide ongoing student support Monitor progress within all classes Communicate and collaborate with counselors and student support team Collaborate with Deans and Counselors on attendance Maintain a communication and progress log documenting interventions and supports Support and monitor students academically in a classroom setting Attend staff meetings and intervention meetings Potential student transportation support (willing and able to get van licensed through the district) Benefits:
