Qualifications&
Preferred Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher licensure; other relevant certifications considered
- Experience or interest in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly desirable
- Passion for teaching and making inclusive education accessible
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Availability to teach on-site, five days a week, for partial days (.4 schedule)
- Provide individualized and small group instruction for special education students
- Collaborate with general education staff and families to support student success
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and maintain records
- Participate in professional development and school team meetings
