Afterschool Teacher

After school Teachers at Endeavor Schools create a safe, engaging environment for elementary and middle school students in our Educational Services network. In this part-time, on-site role, you'll supervise students, provide homework help, and lead fun, age-appropriate enrichment activities that support academics, character, and whole-child development. You will model respect, inclusion, and positive behavior; communicate with families; and collaborate with a child-centered, growth-oriented team dedicated to continuous improvement and strong school communities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in a safe, nurturing after school environment.
• Facilitate homework support and enrichment activities aligned to school goals.
• Implement age-appropriate lessons that promote academic and social-emotional growth.
• Maintain positive classroom management and reinforce school behavior expectations.
• Communicate regularly with families and colleagues about student progress and needs.
• Follow all safety, health, and reporting procedures required by Endeavor Schools and state regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff to support events, family partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
