Activity Leader
Hours:
7 hours per day
- Split Shift 6:15-9:15am and 2:00-6:00pm during school days, straight shift during non-school days and summer 5 days a week 12 months Salary:
Class III starting at $18.77 per hour
Required Experience:
Previous experience working with school age youth in a leadership role. Planning program activities experience
Preferred Experience:
Post Secondary coursework in education or related area Experience working with diverse families Inclusion or special needs experience Responsibilities:
Supervise, plan and implement daily activities (gym, arts & crafts, music, etc) for elementary youth Must be comfortable with supervising groups of students (up to 15 students) Assist Youth and Family Coordinator in day-to-day responsibilities of managing site Provide leadership with other program responsibilities including snack, paperwork, discipline, communication, and other duties as assigned.
