Special Education Teacher - Minneapolis, MN

Youll work primarily with middle school students, with the possibility of supporting some elementary grades (K8th). Your expertise in delivering both pull-out instruction and inclusion services will foster strong growth for students with diverse needs. • Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license (required)
• Experience in special education settings (middle school or K8 preferred)
• Capacity to provide individualized and group instruction

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with varying needs in both small groups and inclusive classroom settings
• Develop and implement IEPs, tracking progress and adjusting goals as needed
• Partner with general education teachers to ensure student success across curricula
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with families and support staff
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development
