Mastery Prep Tutor

Mastery Prep is hiring engaging, high-energy tutors to support middle and high school students with math and reading test preparation. This is a great opportunity for teachers, tutors, coaches, or individuals passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction to middle and high school students at multiple campuses
• Engage students using an energetic, clear, and encouraging teaching style
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment
• Support student growth in math and reading skills
• Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism during scheduled sessions
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school partners as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Engaging presentation style and positive attitude
• Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for weekday in-person events
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

• Tutoring experience
• Advanced proficiency in secondary mathematics concepts
• Test preparation experience

Additional Requirements

• Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds
• Desire to receive feedback and continuously improve
