Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry devoted to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping students to become courageous witnesses for Christ.

We’re seeking a passionate, relational leader to lead Decision Point’s ministry efforts throughout Minneapolis. This role combines evangelism, church partnership development, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and strategic growth.

You’ll build and lead a coalition of churches, pastors, and believers to support a student‑led gospel movement across Minneapolis schools while developing relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners.

• Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Recruit and mobilize volunteers to equip students through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
• Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel with their peers.
• Train and take students out to share the gospel in their schools and communities.
• Cast vision for reaching students and schools throughout Minneapolis.
• Recruit and develop a local ministry team.
• Invest in students, volunteers, and ministry partners.
• Lead initiatives that advance Decision Point’s mission.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate and courageous about evangelism.
• A strong leader, recruiter, and team builder.
• An inspiring communicator and natural networker.
• Able to build trusted relationships and mobilize others around a shared vision.
• Committed to God’s Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
• Teachable, driven, and willing to take initiative.

• Ministry leadership experience in a church or para‑church setting.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

$50,000–$75,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support for staff involved in raising ministry support.

• Full‑time, 45+ hours/week
• Significant local travel throughout Minneapolis
• Regular travel throughout the Midwest and to other ministry hubs.
• Occasional travel for mission trips, events, training, and conferences.
