Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (year-to-year with high likelihood of extension; potential path to FTE conversion)
  • Pay Rate: $27.00 $ 29.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week); optional overtime (not mandatory)
  • Travel Requirements: ~30% travel to field sites; mileage reimbursement once fully trained
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary

This role is a Project Manager Electrical Distribution (Designer/PM hybrid) supporting customer-driven distribution work. The contractor is responsible for managing assigned territory projects from intake through completion, with key deliverables spanning distribution design, project lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and support for new service applications for residential and commercial customers. The work split is approximately 70% office / 30% field.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Hybrid office/field role (~30% field exposure)
  • Site visits include inspecting equipment and meeting customers
  • PPE provided: hard hat, vest, gloves, and goggles
  • Steel-toe boots required but not provided (contractor responsibility)
  • Non-local candidates accepted if willing to relocate at own expense for the life of the assignment
