Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to lead on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting of our dry ice systems. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and optimize equipment performance at customer sites across your territory.
You will build strong customer relationships, drive service revenue, and coordinate with sales for solutions and parts. A background in mechanical/electrical systems and field service is essential; travel and flexible hours are expected.
