Coordinates daily with ME, Ops, Quality, and Tooling
Ensures compliance with QMS & regulatory standards
Run trials, collect RJG data, set process windows
Prepare PODs, FW redlines, OQ/PQ drafts
Define mold validation scope
Approve validation approach, parameters, PODs
Provide templates (OQ, PQ, FW forms, POD format)
Confirm press allocation and trial windows
Review all trial results
Participate in technical decisions (e.g., process window changes)
Approve POD redlines
Provide sign-off on validation readiness
Qualification:
Mold engineer
-Mold qualification skills required

The expected salary range for this position is between $63,000 to $1,05,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
