PositionQuality Engineer

Responsibilities- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and administrative functions (Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office).
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, variation, and rework, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma administrative (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen) to improve productivity, cost, quality, and lead time.
- Establish and maintain process standardization through work instructions, procedures, and control of critical administrative process parameters.
- Monitor, analyze, and report KPI performance, including efficiency, rework, lead time.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support root cause analysis to resolve chronic administrative process issues.
- Promote and sustain a continuous improvement culture through training, coaching, and engagement of operations and office teams.
- Support Quality Team to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements of Quality Management System and ISO 9001.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or IT).
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, and Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen), KPI-driven.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 concepts applied to manufacturing and administrative processes (data analytics, process automation, MES/ERP, dashboards).
- Ability to analyze and improve processes using data, digital tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills (5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Skills to lead by example, engaging people and promoting behavioral change.
- Emotional intelligence to handle resistance and transform the workplace into an efficient, safe, and harmonious environment.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Several tasks require to work in leaning over, extended back position repeatedly, occasionally tight spaces, squatting, and kneeling.
- Physical ability to travel freely within manufacturing and office facilities. This requires climbing stairs and moving around, and about shop machinery. Have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted.
