We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Process Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.
Shift / Schedule- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Monday – Friday
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers.
- Provide input into strategic decisions impacting operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Analyze production and process flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage internal process improvement projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to streamline operations and support product development.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; conduct risk assessments.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, and productivity.
- Develop innovative solutions and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering, production, and equipment-related issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical degree or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5+ years of management and/or technical leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees and supervisors
- Demonstrated leadership and performance management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the Tool & Die field
- 10+ years of experience in setup, operation, and process development with die cast machines (preferably Buhler, Prince, and Weingarten)
- Strong understanding of complex die cast tooling systems
