Electrical Technician (Hybrid/Flex)

Our growing firm is looking for passionate problem-solvers driven to make a real impact: we're hiring an Electrical Designer. The Electrical team specializes in the design of electrical power distribution and lighting systems for commercial buildings, industrial and agribusiness facilities.

Commercial projects include greenfield and tenant improvement/refurbishment of building power, energy efficient lighting and controls and emergency or standby power systems.

Industrial and agribusiness projects range from grain storage, milling and seed oil extraction, power generation and manufacturing facilities. System designs include medium and low voltage power, lighting, raceway and hazardous area classifications.

• Set up plans, sections and details to specified CAD standards under the direction of others.
• Identify redlines on drawings created by others and accurately make required changes.
• Enhance design skills to support the advancement of technical expertise.
• Coordinate plotter maintenance and project archiving as requested.
• May require occasional travel to construction job sites.

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or higher.
• OR at least 1 year of directly related experience.

Starting Hourly Range: $21.50 - $29.50. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
