Electrical Test Engineer - Program & Project Management
Contract – 12 months – Seattle, WA
Responsibilities- Support the development and verification of test methods
- Develop detailed test procedures, instrumentation and configuration definitions needed to perform the tests and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
- Implement solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact
- Design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements
- Use analytical tools to verify the design
- Analyze, process, and format data to customer requirements
- Review test data, including off‑nominal data, for accuracy, quality, and/or fidelity before delivery to the customer
- Read electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical systems
- Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements
- Present test results internally
- Archive data and reports
- Train others and work in general directions
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 1+ year of experience with electrical and electronic technologies
- 1+ year of experience in the use of computer‑aided design and simulation tools
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong electrical/electronic background from an accredited college or institution
- Experience with wire design
- Experience using electrical design tools including WCAD and Zuken E3
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience interacting with customers to coordinate testing requirements and schedule
- Experience with mechanical systems
Pay Range: $65.00 – $72.00 per hour (pay may vary based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
