A top Med Tech design and development group in the NW Twin Cities is looking for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to help drive next‑generation capital systems, implantables, diagnostics, and disposable technologies. This is not a narrow IC‑designer role - it's a chance to be at the center of high‑visibility, diverse, cutting‑edge programs where your expertise directly shapes client solutions.

Responsibilities:- Own the design and implementation of complex electronic systems from concept through launch.
- Serve as a technical authority and mentor, elevating the broader engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers to define requirements and product architecture.
- Generate schematics, documentation, test plans, and verification strategies.
- Solve challenging technical issues across hardware, embedded systems, and system integration.
- Drive innovation and maintain alignment with evolving medical device standards & best practices.
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's a strong plus).
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in Med Tech or life sciences.
- Strong experience in full product lifecycle - concept - design - V&V - release.
- Hands‑on expertise in analog/digital design, board‑level hardware, and system‑level integration.
- Familiarity with embedded firmware (C/C++) and design tools like Altium.
- Experience in medical electronic safety standard testing - IEC 60601 & EMC.
