This is an on-site full-time role for a Technical Specialist located in Minneapolis, MN. The Technical Specialist will provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, addressing product inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Day-to-day tasks include researching and resolving customer concerns, assisting with product selection, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves staying updated on product innovations and industry trends.

• Technical expertise in HVAC/R systems, or mechanical/piping systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with technical documentation and product research
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments
• Proficiency with industry-related software or tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
