Test Systems Technician

Are you looking for hands‑on technical work with international exposure? Our client is seeking a Test Systems Technician who is excited about the opportunity to travel globally (1–2 times per year) to support field implementations and customer sites across Europe and Asia. This role offers valuable international experience, direct customer interaction, and the chance to see your work deployed in real-world environments worldwide.

In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced electronic test systems within a collaborative operations environment. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable, efficient testing processes for new and existing products.

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of test equipment and methodologies
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize test benches and calibration systems
• Execute verification, validation, and reliability testing based on defined test plans
• Analyze and document test results; recommend improvements to products and processes
• Build and evaluate prototype equipment in support of new product introductions
• Generate and maintain technical documentation including procedures, drawings, and BOMs
• Collaborate with vendors to source and validate components

• Associate degree or certificate in Electronic Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting electronic test systems in an engineering or production setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills using oscilloscopes, DVMs, and related test equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
