Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Review test paperwork and ask questions, including test request forms, PFDs, P&IDs, and SDSs.;
Pull material from storage using electric pallet jacks, dump resin or material into mixer and process machines according to SOP and batch order.;
Perform basic plumbing and run process utility lines including hot oil, steam, water, and electrical.;
Inspect and setup process equipment, instrumentation, and controls, including installation of instrumentation, utility plumbing, valves, insulation, and guarding.;
Calibrate and operate mixing and processing equipment, feeders, and pumps.
