Quality Engineer

Drive quality. Solve problems. Make an impact. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to own our AS9100 non-conformance, customer complaint, and CAPA processes. If you love digging into root cause, collaborating across teams, and improving processes in a fast-paced aerospace environment, this role is for you.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Engineering/Quality or equivalent experience

* Aerospace/AS9100 experience with precision-machined components

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Experience with CAPA, 8D, APQP, and quality tools

* Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, SPC, and mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)

* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively with customers and suppliers

Responsibilities:

* Lead internal NCRs, MRBs, and RMAs from investigation to closure

* Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys), and drive strong CAPAs

* Track, document, and report quality metrics and complaint trends

* Support AS9100 audits with accurate records and technical documentation

* Work with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes

* Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools

* Provide inspection and production support as needed

Compensation:

This Salary position offers a pay range of $79,488.38 - $95,727.94 depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and ensuring fair compensation based on market standards for similar roles within our company.
