Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Team Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers and Revit technicians, from concept through construction.
- Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to developing engineers.
- Serve as a senior technical decision‑maker, representing the firm in coordination meetings with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Support resource planning and team workload management.
Client & Business Development
- Act as the primary contact for key client accounts, nurturing long‑term partnerships.
- Drive repeat business through consistent, reliable project delivery and relationship building.
- Assist in preparing proposals, developing fee structures, and contributing to project pursuits.
- Engage in professional organizations to raise visibility and support industry involvement.
Leadership Mindset & Firm Contribution
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions‑driven approach to complex structural challenges.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor emerging engineers and future project managers, fostering a culture of growth.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, workflows, and technical standards.
- Embody the firm's values of responsiveness, reliability, and strong relationships.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- At least minimum of 8 years' structural engineering experience for buildings in the US
- Bachelor's in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, with Master's preferred.
- Proficiency in structural analysis tools and familiarity with Revit.
- Project management experience preferred.
