Advanced Hardware Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing and technology industry, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the development and testing of cutting-edge products. Job Title: US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $60.60-$75.50/hr (depending on candidate's experience)

• Support design efforts for factory test equipment to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware issues in factory test systems.
• Analyze hardware failures collaboratively with software engineers to identify failure modes and improve designs.
• Participate in circuit design, schematic creation, BOM generation, and board layout for test equipment projects.
• Oversee the build, testing, and integration of factory test solutions, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development, with a strong understanding of hardware principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in hardware design tools and software, including schematic capture, board layout, and programmable logic.
• Experience with hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
