Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing and technology industry, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the development and testing of cutting-edge products. Job Title: US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $60.60-$75.50/hr (depending on candidate's experience)
What's the Job?- Support design efforts for factory test equipment to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Apply technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware issues in factory test systems.
- Analyze hardware failures collaboratively with software engineers to identify failure modes and improve designs.
- Participate in circuit design, schematic creation, BOM generation, and board layout for test equipment projects.
- Oversee the build, testing, and integration of factory test solutions, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development, with a strong understanding of hardware principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools and software, including schematic capture, board layout, and programmable logic.
- Experience with hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
