With continued project growth, they are seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer who enjoys both hands‑on design and wants to step up into leading project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead structural design efforts for building projects from early concepts through final construction documents.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with architects, contractors, owners, and internal engineering staff.
- Oversee analysis and design of structural systems utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide construction‑phase support.
- Prepare proposals, assist with scope development, and contribute to client relationship management.
- Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and industry codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in structural design of diverse building structures.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of building codes and material design standards.
- Demonstrated project management experience or strong interest in advancing into a lead role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
