Cordia LLC is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer for the Downtown Minneapolis district energy system. This role focuses on the safe maintenance and operation of plant equipment, including boilers and chillers, ensuring efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, possess a State of Minnesota First Class 'A' Operating Engineer's License, or be willing to obtain this within two years. Strong knowledge in steam and chilled water systems is essential.
