A day in this role

Kick off with cross-functional huddles to confirm scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules.

Bridge design engineering and operations to prepare for New Product Introduction (NPI), aligning on manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.

Build cost models, quotes, and process routings; translate them into pricing and delivery estimates that meet target gross margins.

Present clear project documentation—reports, schedules, and technical specifications—to stakeholders and customers.

Track progress against plan, surface risks early, and provide regular updates on performance and milestones.

Champion best practices and continuous improvement to boost speed, quality, and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related discipline.
2+ years of project engineering (or similar) within a manufacturing environment.

Solid command of project management principles and methodologies.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and with customers.

Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
