Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. This role involves designing, analyzing, and implementing digital circuits used in memory products, working closely with global design and verification teams to optimize manufacturing functions and deliver high-quality, reliable, and timely products.
Responsibilities- Design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Provide chip floor‑planning, physical design, IP integration, static timing analysis, design validation, and necessary tape‑out revisions.
- Implement and manage the layout process including floor‑planning, placement, routing, physical verification, and final sign‑off for tape‑out.
- Develop and customize design flows; solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
- Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic work environment; may telecommute part‑time.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in ASIC engineering or related occupations.
- Experience with IC place and route, static timing analysis, chip floor‑planning, custom Tc‑based flow support, and Cadence tools such as Innovus and Tempus.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits.
