ASIC Engineer

Design, analyze, and implement digital circuits used in the development of memory products. Collaborate with global design and verification teams to create products that optimise manufacturing functions, ensuring the best cost, quality, reliability, time‑to‑market, and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimisation of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
• Provide chip floor‑planning, physical design, IP integration, static timing analysis, design validation, and required tape‑out revisions.
• Implement and manage the layout process including floor‑planning, placement, routing, physical verification, and final sign‑off for tape‑out.
• Customise flow development and solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modelling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
• Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.
• May telecommute part‑time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in ASIC engineering or a related occupation.
• Experience with IC place and route, static timing analysis, chip floor planning, custom flow support (Tcl), and Cadence tools (Innovus and Tempus).
• Proficiency in optimisation of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
