We’re partnering with a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing organization that designs, builds, and manufactures highly automated systems and medical devices entirely in-house. This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role overseeing multimillion-dollar engineering and automation programs with a company investing heavily in innovation, technology, and long-term growth.

• Lead complex automation and engineering projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously totaling $8M–$12M in active business
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and execution strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams
• Lead technical discussions, project reviews, FAT/SAT activities, and customer deliverables
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO organization

• Highly visible Senior PM role with ownership of large-scale automation programs
• Minimal travel — less than 5%
• Exposure to cutting-edge automated manufacturing and medical device production environments
• Collaborative engineering culture with strong internal technical resources
• Opportunity to work on custom automation, electromechanical systems, and high-volume manufacturing equipment

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within:
  • Automation
  • Custom machinery
  • Packaging equipment
  • Manufacturing engineering
• Experience managing complex engineering or capital equipment projects
• PMP Certification required
• Base salary target: $120K–$140K
