** Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide comprehensive facility maintenance support, including contractor on-site support and project coordination.
+ Manage, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building equipment and machinery, including HVAC and temperature control systems.
+ Schedule system downtimes for construction and mechanical support, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders.
+ Assist in preparing and updating manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
+ Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality, while partnering with the HSE team to uphold safety protocols.
** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field.
+ At least 3+ years of experience in engineering, energy, cleanroom, mechanical contracting, or facility management.
+ Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
+ Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental health and safety guidelines, and local building and fire codes.
+ U.S. Person status, including U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or approved refugee/asylee, with restrictions on certain nationalities due to security requirements.
