Senior Electrical Engineer - Class III Med Tech

Please see the below requirements for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing class III medical device organization in the Northeast Twin Cities Metro. This role will play a critical part in supporting an implantable electromechanical system in a late-stage development/validation phase, with a focus on verification & validation, standards-based testing, documentation, and targeted PCB/circuit updates within a regulated environment.

This is an onsite role with a preference for strong in-person collaboration, offering a target base salary around ~$150K (flexibility for top candidates) along with equity participation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO) medical device experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with documentation-heavy engineering work (V&V, validation, compliance deliverables)

• Experience with LabVIEW development for test software
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Experience with microcontroller design/embedded systems
