Senior Structural Engineer; Hospitality & Housing

• Lead structural design and analysis for hospitality and multifamily housing projects from concept through construction.
• Deliver calculations, drawings, and specifications across a range of building materials (steel, concrete, wood).
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
• Review models and drawings for technical accuracy and quality.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as a key client‑facing contact throughout the life of a project.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute to internal standards, QA/QC, and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally focused on building structures.
• PE license (or actively working toward licensure).
• Strong experience in structural design and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).
• Experience working in a consulting / multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
