About the Firm

Key Responsibilities- Lead structural design and analysis for hospitality and multifamily housing projects from concept through construction.
- Deliver calculations, drawings, and specifications across a range of building materials (steel, concrete, wood).
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
- Review models and drawings for technical accuracy and quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Act as a key client‑facing contact throughout the life of a project.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
- Contribute to internal standards, QA/QC, and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally focused on building structures.
- PE license (or actively working toward licensure).
- Strong experience in structural design and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, etc.).
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).
- Experience working in a consulting / multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
