Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to manage engineering functions. Participate in cross‑functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Monitor performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non‑conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interface with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes. Identify and correct manufacturing process nonconformances identified during prototype builds.
Accountabilities& Responsibilities
- Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, safety, environmental and security management systems, FDA regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.
- Plan and develop engineering projects concerning unique or high‑profile problems that significantly affect major organization programs.
- Provide management with technical guidance as required.
- Identify and procure the appropriate process equipment.
- Investigate, develop, and implement new process technologies of major scope.
- Maintain liaison with individuals and business units within or outside the organization, acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in engineering specialty/application.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team activities.
- Strong ability to coach.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, follow‑through, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively work with coworkers and all levels of the organization.
- Computer skills as required by the role.
- Advanced word‑processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Complex problem‑solving skills.
Salary Range: $114,675 – $168,190.
- Base salary and a cash‑based incentive program.
