** Pay Range:** $50 - $55 per hour (W2)
We are seeking a **"Sr Manufacturing Engineer"
** to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
** Position Summary*
* The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production schedules while improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Manage projects related to:
+ New production equipment
+ Process improvements
+ Cost reduction initiatives
+ New product introductions
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
+ Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations.
+ Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean Manufacturing concepts.
+ Coordinate the design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling, machinery, and test equipment.
+ Collaborate with Product Development teams to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
+ Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
** Required Qualifications*
* + 3-5 years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Packaging experience.
+ 3-5 years of experience with:
+ Six Sigma methodologies
+ Process improvement initiatives
+ 1-2 years of Power BI experience.
+ Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Engineering degree preferred (any discipline, including international degrees).
