Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Controls Engineer specializing in Automation to support internal equipment, which will be installed and commissioned at various sites. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Controls Engineering, particularly with custom automated equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Support and troubleshoot internal equipment regularly on the floor.

+ Program PLCs using Siemens or Rockwell Automation.

+ Develop HMI/SCADA with WinCC or Ignition.

+ Engage in Robotics programming, specifically with Fanuc.

+ Design and interpret AutoCAD Electrical schematics.

+ Work with controls hardware such as sensors, remote IO, servos, VFDs, machine vision, and barcode readers.

+ Employ industrial networking protocols like Profinet and Ether

CAT.

+ Travel up to 25% for equipment installation and commissioning at various locations.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in Controls Engineering for custom automated equipment.

+ Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens primary, Rockwell Automation secondary).

+

Experience with Robotics programming (Fanuc).

+ Familiarity with HMI/SCADA development (WinCC primary, Ignition secondary).

+ Knowledge of controls hardware and industrial networking protocols.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls and Computer Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

+

Experience with AutoCAD Electrical schematic design is a plus.

+ Willingness to travel up to 25% for installation and commissioning. #mneng

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
