Position: Technical Trainer (Power Systems)
Our client, a leader in power systems and electrical engineering solutions, is seeking a  
** Technical Trainer (Power Systems)
** to join their team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be part of the Training/Enablement Department supporting Engineering, Product, and Customer teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and strong facilitation abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Deliver virtual training sessions for CYME software, covering foundational and advanced functionality

+ Facilitate hands-on exercises, labs, and real-world scenarios related to electrical distribution and transmission systems

+ Translate complex electrical engineering and power system concepts (e.g., kW, kWh, load flow, protection) into clear, learner-friendly instruction

+ Develop, maintain, and update training materials including presentations, lab guides, and exercises

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather learner feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree required;
Engineering degree preferred OR degree with strong background in training, instructional design, or adult learning

+ Experience in customer enablement, training delivery, or similar roles

+ Background in utilities, power systems, or electrical engineering environments (transmission/distribution)

+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to diverse audiences

+ Knowledge of electrical power concepts (e.g., kW, kWh, transmission)
